PowerLogic EGX400 Ethernet Gateway

This gateway is a web-enabled ethernet communication device providing power management solutions for unattended applications. It is a simple and affordable start to create a complete PowerLogic power monitoring and control system. Without software or training, users can view power system information, using a standard web browser. Up to 64 PowerLogic devices, such as the panel mount PM710 or the DIN rail mount PM9C, can be networked together using MODBUS RS485 to the EGX400 from where their data can be linked to ethernet. The PowerLogic ethernet gateways provide direct connection to ethernet-Modbus®/TCP networks to make power monitoring and information available over local and wide area networks. It is also possible to connect Altivar 58 variable speed drives into such as Modbus network, to capture real time motor power data. From a single building or a sprawling campus, to a multi-site enterprise, the EGX capitalises on existing network infrastructure to deliver power system information to the people who need it most.
